From inspection issue to completed work
Complete the internal checklist, record the issue and create work for the relevant vehicle. Assign responsibility, a deadline and actual completion cost. A team inspection does not replace an official technical inspection.

How it works
Create the team workspace
Add active vehicles and assign roles by responsibility. A KROSKOT workspace does not create a legal entity.
Assign the next action
Connect the inspection, issue or service to its vehicle, responsible person and confirmed date.
Review and update
After a renewal or service, save the new record. Check that its deadline and cost belong to the right vehicle.
Documents and deadlines
Keep a separate record for each document: its vehicle, type, source and actual dates. Check the vehicle before uploading and retain the original. For a deadline without a file, use a manual reminder.
Service and cost history
Record the work or payment with its vehicle, date, known mileage, amount and currency. Check linked expenses before adding the same invoice again. Compare matching periods and distinguish unknown cost from zero.
Roles and responsibilities
Decide who checks a deadline, who takes action and who updates the record. Assign the role needed for the work and review access when responsibilities change. The history stays with the vehicle when its user changes.
Inspections and open work
Connect the internal check, issue and work order to the same vehicle. Record responsibility, the deadline and completion with actual cost. A team check is not a safety certification or a replacement for official technical inspection.
GPS
KROSKOT organizes fleet records, deadlines and work. It does not provide live GPS tracking or automatic connections to government systems.
Core features are available during public beta. Future plans are collecting interest; the interest form does not activate a payment or subscription.
KROSKOT is under active development. Data protection, retention, backups and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed yet. Do not store sensitive, urgent or irreplaceable information, and keep your originals.
